Where is the robots file in WordPress?

  • Where is the robots file in WordPress? I cant see it in Yoast SEO. Where can I edit it?

    If you dont have a file robots.txt in the root of your website then a dynamically generated one (virtual) will be used. If you are unable to edit it from SEO settings, then you can create a file on disk instead, so it will be used instead of the dynamically generated file.
    But you will have to handle all future changes yourself.

    I cant see it in Yoast SEO.

    SEO => TOOLS => FILE EDITOR => ROBOTS.TXT
