When you click on review button in email, it sends you to the review site. The first part it ask:
“Rate website, customer service and delivery” star rating and comment

Where does is this information? We would like to see and possible post these responses on a page. I have tried the shortcodes it talk about in the settings. These only show the product reviews.

Maybe this is a premium feature, but I see nothing telling me that.

    Thank for the great plugin

    David

  • Hi David,

Thank you for using our plugin.

“Rate website, customer service and delivery” text is not editable as of the moment. You can only edit the form header and the form introduction text. It is something we might consider adding in the future.

Sorry my mistake in wording the question. I am not trying to change the form. The rating and comment left when replying to that part of the form. Where can I see the answers given?

The reviews will be displayed on your product page and you also have an option to publish verified copies of the reviews on cusrev.com.

Ok I think I can clairify. I am asking about the “shop rating” and it’s comments. This does not show up in the product review. Where and how do I get this see these ratings and comments.

I found that if I place a trust badge. Then a user can click on the badge to see all reviews store and product. It would be great if the store reviews were sent into the review system to be approved. and possible a short code we could place on a page to show store reviews.

Thank you for the clarification. Yes, the shop review/rating shows on cusrev.com. We do not have shortcode available for shop reviews as of the moment but we are considering adding that on our future updates.

@dsdewitt, if you update the plugin to the version 3.69, you should also be able to receive new store reviews to your WooCommerce admin dashboard.

Thats works great. You had me worried for a minute, when I say from the admin side that the comment was on the shop page. After checking it out is does not actually show there. My next thought is to be able have a separate page for customer comments. Then pull these comments to that page. I guess via a short code.

@dsdewitt Yes, You can use [cusrev_all_reviews] shortcode to display a list of all product reviews on any page or post. There are also different parameters available like the sample below.

    [cusrev_all_reviews sort=”DESC” per_page=”10″ number=”-1″ show_summary_bar=”true” show_pictures=”false” show_products=”true” categories=”” products=”” shop_reviews=”true” number_shop_reviews=”-1″].

Do these overall shop reviews then add schema markup to the home page URL of the shop then? Making the stars appear in SERPs for the root URL of the site?

I’m trying to understand if it’s worth me soliciting general shop reviews from customers or not.

The whole review landscape is getting complicated now with trying to get content on google, on products, on the shop itself etc. Trying to figure out how best to approach it all and what’s worth pursuing.

    Thanks

Also – A vote here to to be able to change the text “Rate website, customer service and delivery”

We very rarely ever ship products, as most customers are local. So it doesn’t really make sense for us.

Maybe something more readable and generic would work:

“How would you rate your overall experience with company xyx

As it stands “Rate website, customer service and delivery” is quite abrupt.
