Where is the Publish Button!!!!? (in Safari)

Pardon a newbie’s intrusion, but I’m trying to post a message on a political blog in Pittsburgh that uses Word Press. I’m on an Apple using Safari. I can write, I can save it, but ***there is no publish button*** anywhere on my screen.

I understand from the support blog that the publish button may be missing from Firefox but I saw nothing in regard to Safari. Another suggestion was to change my status within WordPress, but I’ve checked my profile and don’t see how to do this.

Any help appreciated. Two hours on such minor task is too much.
