Where is the plugin control page?!

    Hello
    I am very confused, I installed the wordpress maintenance mode plugin, now how do i set it up? edit the text?
    I know that it is activated, where is normally the settings for any plugin?

    Sorry guys, I just found out a problem in wordpress installation that prevents me from clicking the “settings” links.
