    Hi,
I’ve added some bad code and my site has crashed and I can’t access it. I’ve tried enabling safe mode, but it hasn’t helped.
Where is the plug-in folder located? I’m using Lightsail. All my other plug-ins are here: /bitnami/wordpress/wp-content/plugins
    But Code Snippets is not.
    TIA

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    UPDATE

I managed to access the site by renaming the plug-ins folder, then changing it back and reactivating them one by one.

But now I’m too scared to re-activate Code Snippets because of the shonky code I put in there!
It’s a great plug-in, I’d love to keep using it – is there a way to access the snippets in the database so I can delete that one? (or all of them would be fine).

We have a safe mode feature for exactly this situation! You can read about how to use it here: https://help.codesnippets.pro/12-safe-mode

Thanks – yeah like I said the safe mode feature didn’t work.

The snippets are located in the table called “wp_snippets”, unless you have a different name, like for example “wpxx” – in which case the table is called “wpxx_snippets”.
