Where is the option to disable the subscribe “spiel” above the footer?

I checked your website and but did see any code in there to know if the form is created using our plugin. Just by activating our plugin, no form is directly added to your website. It has to be done manually. If someone else had created this website, I would suggest contacting them.

There must be some mistake. As soon as I disable your plugin, the footer display goes away. Here is a before and after screenshot. Before (your plugin activated) and after (your plugin disabled).
