Where is the “exclusion shortlist”?

I am unable to get this plugin to do what I need, and which it promises to deliver: to change links that are sent to subscribers with links back to the website and include auto-logins in those links. I’ve tested this and do not find it to be true. Also, I don’t see anything like “an exclusion shortlist” for leaving out certain emails via subject line. Do I have to “enable magic link” for this process to happen, because I don’t necessarily want it on the login page.
