Where is the design collections page?

I am still looking for the designs collections page. The last time I saw it was when I initially installed this plugin. Reading the support posts it was said that the empty box in which the designs are supposed to be displayed was fixed, but it still only shows an empty popup box. I am stuck with the original design I selected (but had to manually change the design name in myphp as it has never allowed me to select it from the gallery. The gallery page for the designs has returned a 404 error for months, the home page shows up but it leads to an error.
Because the designers fail to communicate (see previous issues regarding buttons missing, not working and not appearing, long standing issues with the design collections pop up only having an empty white box) with users it gets frustrating when trying to fix the problems. I loved the plugin and will continue to use it, until I find something else that is comparable.
Apparently this update, version 2.2, is supposed to fix the problem that started months ago. There have been no support questions answered until today (4/6/2013) and those include the same non-working (buttons not appearing, back end settings not displaying) issues. I am afraid of installing the update since I finally got back to partially working (front end only) on the site.
