• Imagine spending 30 minutes to create a form with this plugin. Taking the time to test it with fake data. Then trying to figure out WHERE IN THE WORLD IS THE DATA?

    Not intuitive at all.

Then, I found something with a google search – “click entries”. I clicked it. It says I have to pay. FFS.

Ridiculous. I have no idea how this plugin got 5/5 stars. Must have been free before.

    Hey @aimforawesome,

First off, I’m really sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced with our plugin. That’s definitely not the impression we want to leave you with.

Let me clarify a bit about how WPForms Lite operates regarding form entries. In the Lite version, form entries aren’t stored by default. However, we do offer the option to set up email notifications for each form submission. This way, you can receive all submitted entries directly to your email inbox. We understand it’s not as intuitive as having a built-in entry storage feature, and for that inconvenience, we apologize.

Here’s a tutorial that walks you through setting up email notifications. With Lite, you can set up one notification email, but you can send it to multiple email addresses if needed.

Additionally, enabling the Lite Connect option will back up your entries for future access. So, if you ever decide to upgrade to WPForms Pro, you’ll have the option to restore your entries and access detailed reports.

If you have any further questions or need assistance setting up your email notifications or exploring other features, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our WPForms support forum. Our team is here to help you get the most out of WPForms.

Again, we’re sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve our plugin and support experience.

    Regards!
