Where is the data for SEO plugins saved?

    Hi, I have a wordpress blog at https://www.environmentabout.com where I am having issues with Yoast SEO plugin after an upgrade of plugin. I want to know where the data of the plugin is saved?

    The data includes custom Titles, Description and other SEO related tags for every post that I have written and optimized using this plugin.

    Will the data also be deleted if I uninstall the plugin or is there a way I can save this data in case I plan to use a different plugin in future.
