where is the cache folder hiding?

  • i just set up a new wordpress for my friend today and now i am trying to activate the weathericon plug-in for her and it says
    “fatal error You forgot to make the cache directory writable. Please
    chmod 777
    forgive me for being so silly, but where in the heck is the cache folder hiding????
