Where is the blog summary template?

I did not remove it. I renamed it to Blog Summary/Portfolio (portfolio.php). It give more features (such as Columns and template options.) Hope you like it also. Please read the article below:

I can’t get this template to work. I’ve got my blog posts on a separate page (not homepage) but they still show the full blog post not an excerpt even with the blog summary/ portfolio template. Any ideas?
