Where is SEPA?

I am wondering, why SEPA is not visible anymore. In my previous installations I had the possibility to activate SEPA, but since my update its not showing up anymore.

We understand that you aren’t able to see the SEPA options in WooCommerce Payments settings. Could you disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Payments and then check WooCommerce Payments settings and review the SEPA options?

It’s possible that something is amiss on your site (perhaps a theme/plugin) is preventing SEPA options from showing on your site.

If the issue persists, are you able to share your site status report here (WooCommerce > Status > System Status > Click – Get system report) for us to help you further with this?

Do keep us posted on how this troubleshooting works out for you.

Per the information provided on this page, SEPA is currently in closed beta as a payment method in WooCommerce Payments.

That said, it appears that there is an inactive plugin named SEPA Payment Gateway for WooCommerce: von Nhat Huynh Van – 1.0.0 at your site. How possible is it that this is the reason the SEPA option is not available, instead?

I’ve deactivated this plugin already, because I thought, this causes the problem. But thats not the problem, I guess.

I have another instance where I have much less plugins activated and SEPA is still not visible there. I dont know, why its not showing up.

I understand that you’ve disabled all plugins as you’ve mentioned above. But can you please try again to perform a full conflict test by following the guide below and see if that works?

If that did not resolve the issue, please provide any fatal error logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Hey! Thats what I thought, too. But after deactivating the plugin, there is no difference.

To be honest, I think, the Problem is somewhere in the Plugin itself. I have multiple instances, all of them have different plugins or no plugins. In the actual version, SEPA is not visible.
