Where is "Restore the original version of this file" in the free plugin?

I just followed the instructions in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_IMIMb8Z43k
They show the step where you click on “Restore the original version of this file”. That link is missing for some reason when I install the plugin. Is this a feature that comes with the upgrade? What kind of upgrade do I need in order to enable this feature?
