Where is Receive Email Located??

Perhaps I’m just not seeing it, or am crazy, but…
Where in the world do we enter the email we want to receive the site email at?
i.e. once someone sends the form, what email does it send to? How do we set that?
I have my correct email set in my profile, but I don’t think the plug-in uses that. So…?
