Where is my wp directory in panel backup?

  • I want to run an older version of my site on MAMP, I have made some backups and have one at the relevant time, however when I download a backup I get copies of all the backups I have made in a folder , with other folders, the files are zipped, when unzipped I still have no idea what to do with them or how to get the relevant directory to run on mamp.

    Here’s a screenshot of the extracted backup, and one of the standard wp mamp install.

    Can I install a wp backup from that those files?
    If so how?
    If not how would I go about that?
