Where is my website?

  • I recently logged into my website and was updating the theme and past updates because the previous host didn’t. I understand changing plug-ins can mess up the website and thought I was being careful but now, when I type in the website, there is an error message with no screen. I’m still unable to log in and tried to follow the support directions but still nothing, I would really love if someone would provide a number for direct support or an email so I can get this fixed.

  • I think you are in the wrong place, no one here provides direct support through these forums.

    Your best idea is to contact your hosting company, they will have a support number.

    The theme seems to have a slight problem…

    Try swapping out the theme for a default theme like my favorite default theme to use for testing… TwentySeventeen.

    Get the site working then figure out what is wrong – You’ll probably need the author’s theme support for that.
