Where is my products list?

  • I imported a new csv files of new product list. It succeeds. But not displayed on the product list.

    The Status All (60) Published (10)

    But, I can not find the 50 items I just imported. I try to re-imported but the SKU is existed.

    I already delete my database on the phpmyadmin, the status is still the same All (60) Published (10)

    I used the same format csv from the export csv file from the demo products.

    Please help how to find these 50 files so I can remove from the product list.

    Hi @clementyo –

    This sometimes happens when the column Published is not set in your CSV file. You might check to see if that is what happened with your products.

    To correct this, you need to set one of these values in that column and re-import the file:
    Private – set to 0
    Draft – set to -1
    Published – set to 1

    After that you can re-import the same products and they should be available to edit in your products dashboard.
