    Paid for premium but have not gotten a code. All I have is a receipt…can’t open a ticket without it so I am going to pester you here.

    Since you’re using the Pro version of the plugin, please open a ticket on our official support platform, and we’ll gladly help you there. If you follow the link, you’ll be taken to the “Pre-Purchase” section for wpDataTables that doesn’t require a purchase code.

    There you can provide our support agents with your email address used for the purchase, the receipt, and we’ll be able to locate your purchase and provide you with your purchase code.

    Commercial products are not supported in these forums, as per this comment by www.remarpro.com moderators.
