    Hi Sharon,

    I’m very sorry about you not receiving your order information! I just looked into what’s going on and discovered that the service we use to send out order confirmation emails has been down as of at least the last 24 hours.
    https://mandrillapp.com (actually a lot of people use this – yikes!)

    I will send you your order confirmation personally from my email address with all the details.
