where is my backup

    hi
    i installed updraft on my site.
    i backup to dropbox
    everyday i get a message: “Backed up: site (UpdraftPlus 1.22.23) 2024-03-11 02:29?…
    but when i look in my dropbox / apps / updraft – my folder is empty.

    in the admin area of the site i see restore/delete/view log of each day.

    so where is my backup?

    Hi,

    To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the full backup log?
    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    You have total control over your backups and will have direct access to it. Backups are by default saved on your local server in the “wp-content/updraft” folder. If saving to a remote storage, you can also download it directly from there.
