• I notice that there’s a second menu called Menu 2, but when I add items to the new menu I made and add it to Menu 2, I don’t see anything different. Where is the Menu 2?

  • The original design of theme supported two menus: a pages menu and a category menu. They would automatically add all your pages to one menu and all your categories to the other. They can be added to the header area of a page by going to the dashboard->Appearances->Atahualpa Theme Options->Style & edit HEADER AREA->Configure Header Area and adding &pages and/or &cats where you want it.

With the advent of WordPress custom menus, you can now create custom menues and when you assign a menu to location ‘menu1’ it will equate to the ‘%pages’ option and menu location ‘menu2’ will equate to the ‘%cats’ option.

I hope this answers your question.
