where is exact expiration time?

    hi
    how can i show members the hours for expiration time?
    there is just date for expiration time.
    i set expire for 1 day and after 1 day nothing happend.
    look at this is payment time :
    2022-08-15 02:50:22
    today is 2022-08-16
    but not expired.why?
    how can i find exact hour for expiration and show it to customers?

    Hi @graphirancom,
    Usually, the calculated expiration date is set to the end of the day of the specific expiration date. In your case, the successful payment date is 2022-08-15 02:50:22. The membership should expire at exactly 2022-08-16 23:59:59. Also, please check the correct configuration of your local timezone on your WP-admin -> settings -> general as it may affect the calculated time.

    What should it be? Pls tell me. It’s emergency. Now it’s on utc -4 . Should i pit it on utc 0? Or what?

    Hi @graphirancom,
    The UTC setting will depend on your local timezone. Also, please note that the expiration will take effect at the end of the day of the expiration date. Please try to test a membership again, set the duration for one day and see if the expiration will take effect at the end of the day (at exactly 23:59:59).

    expiration happend but when i open “Edit Membership”
    i mean membership doesnt expire before i open Edit Membership . as soon as i click n edit membership it shows membership expired and it send me an expiration email for admin.like there is no automatic expiration.
