where is ‘effects panel’? (I want to delay the pop-up appearing)

    Hi!

    I want to delay the pop-up appearing on a sales page – I want it to appear after about 1minute but cannot find how to do it.

    In the FAQs I seen this:

    “Can I show a popup after a specific amount of time?

    Under the Effects panel you will see ‘Popup opening delay’ option, all you need to do is to enter the amount of time (seconds) after which popup will be shown.”

    I cannot find this Effects panel however! Can someone help me?

    Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for the delayed response. The delay option is available under Events. Please click on the Events and then select the event then enter the time in seconds for delay.

    thanks! I’ve moved to another functionality by now for the pop-up, but if I come back to it this is helpful.
