Where is Crelly Slider in WP Menu?

This is really weird. Did it just disappear from the left sidebar after the update? Have you already tried to deactivate and activate the plugin (you won’t lose your current sliders). If this doesn’t fix the problem, you could try to uninstall and install the slider (remember to export your current sliders as a backup)

Hi there, which files do I need to make a backup of (via FTP I’m assuming?) before I uninstall?

Also, yes I only noticed that it disappeared from the left hand menu after updating WP.

I have deactivated and re-activated and it hasn’t shown up again. Will try the uninstall once I know which files to backup

To backup the files, you could export the slider… which you can’t do if you can’t access the home page.
Have you tried to access the plugin’s home page directly from the url? yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=crellyslider

Hi there, thanks, at least now I can access the slider. Didn’t know what the URL was. I will try exporting the slider later. For right now can you tell me how to remove the loader that appears when the slider is loading? The white circle with the blue stripes. My client really hates it and I don’t see an option in the settings to remove it.
