Where is change password page (not password reset)

    On my account page, there is a ‘change password’ link. This takes me to a page called ‘password’ but nothing is on it. The ‘password-reset’ page is fine, but is there built in functionality for this plugin to change password for logged in users instead of sending email link to reset? Thanks

    What version of UM installed on your site? Do these password fields appear with a default WP theme such as 2020 or 2021?

    Hi @champsupertramp i’m using UM version 2.1.16. I am using a custom theme that i’ve built. Dont want to be changing themes around if i can help – is the change password page a known issue for a certain version of UM? Also clicking delete doesnt do anything. Just thought, i dont have a ‘password’ or ‘delete’ page created by UM – do I need to do this then add a password change shortcode? Thanks,

    Hi @jkthompson83

    I suggest that you check first if the UM works with a default WP theme( 2020 or 2021 ) and see if the tab issue still appears, and we will see if there’s a conflict with your custom theme.

    I just tested the Account tabs and forms are working as expected with default WP themes.
