I have just installed “Thin out Revisions” plugin and have edited my only post (new WP install) and cannot find where to delete the old revisions.
I see many revisions of the one (the only one( post on my site iwhen I browse the Database tables, but not in my editor or admin dashboard.
I have “Better WP Secuity” installed, so I get a Not-Found when I try to type in “/wp-admin/revisions.php” manually.
Please tell me how find the button to clean up the old revisons.
    – Thanks,

    GMRAD

Thanks for trying my plugin. The plugin is integrated in /wp-admin/revision.php (not revisions.php). So you can’t use the plugin if you can’t see the page. In a default environment, you can go to revision.php by selecting a revision from the list on the Edit Post page. When you directly type URL for revision.php, you need a parameter to specify a revision like ‘revision.php&revision=123’. I recommend you to go there from the Edit Post page.

I don’t know much about ‘Better WP Security’. I’ll check it and try to find a way to use it with my plugin.

After quick investigation of Better WP Security, I couldn’t find anything to disturb my plugin. Can’t you see a revision list on your Edit Post page like an image of following URL?

If you really have many records with a post_type of ‘revision’ in your wp_posts table, you can see the revision list unless you uncheck Screen Option at the top-right corner of the page. Please check your WordPress again.

Sorry about the delay getting back to this Forum.
Yes, You were right! All my Revisions were already deleted – don’t know how, but they are already cleaned up.

    Thanks very much.
