you can easily change the default dial code from the management page of the “Phone Number” custom field, where you should be able to select your country from the related dropdown.
Bear in mind that you are able to edit the custom fields only if you have the PRO version installed. If you are still using the free version, there is a workaround that should let you use a different dial code depending on the language of the website.
First of all, you should head to the global configuration of VikRestaurants and make sure the Enable Multilingual setting is turned on. Afterwards you should open the Global > Custom Fields page and click the flag of the “Phone Number” row.
This procedure will let you create a translation for the phone number for the language you prefer. Here you should be able to change the default country code too, which will automatically adjust the dial code.

Have you tried to create a new shortcode of type “reservation”? After creating the shortcode and assign it to a post/page, I believe that you should not face the mentioned issue anymore.
