Where i can change the language

    I have the Problem, that all is in english written, but i need german language.

    Sample:
    It’s written: “Add question” and i need “Stellen Sie Ihre Frage”.
    place holder it’s written “your Question” and i need “Ihre Frage”

    Where i can change the language or how i can over write this text?
