    wp_head() is intended for the <head> element of your template(s). If placing it there generates css, something else–as in another plugin–has to be outputting it.

    Yeah it;s for the Hashcash plugin but the inline css is being generated by the contact form which generates it on EVERY page – i know this was discussed before. Suppose I could copy the code to the main css?
