where does this go?

so, i am trying to make my site faster, i went on the google pagespeed insights and it gave me a file to download that has optimized files from my site. where do i actually add these files? i’m guessing they go in the wp directory, but i dont know where. they are images and js files. if anyone knows what to do with these that would be great! or if you know of a few ways to optimize my site speed, that would be cool too. i do have a cache plugin and what not, but i’m not getting the score i would like when i test the load speeds. my url is girlspeaksgeek.com
