Where does the CSS come from?

Hi. This is a great plugin. It does it’s job with no fluff.
I’d like to know how the CSS appears as I suspect it’s somewhere in the JS (which I don’t know very well). It comes up as inline in my code inspector and I haven’t found any inline CSS in the php files.
