Where does credit card information being stored?

    Hi,

    I am new to Braintree. Using this plugin where does credit card information (credit card numbers, and other important info) being stored? Does the plugin store it in the WordPress database or does Braintree store it on their servers?

    Hi @chief1,

    This plugin stores all sensitive card data with Braintree in the vault.

    Information like masked card number is stored in the WordPress database and used for presentment on the front end.

    This plugin is SAQ A compliant.
