Where do you add allow_url_fopen to the PHP

You can add that anywhere in the file but make sure the entry is in it’s own line.
You can add a new line at the bottom of the file and add this.

Thank you for the reply. I tried adding this to the bottom of the php and it breaks the site. Is there anything else I add with it that I am missing? Thanks!
