Where do Ticket categories show up?

    Still playing and exploring this plugin. But I created two categories for tickets, but where do they show up? My assumption they should show up on the submit a ticket page for the person to choose?

    UPDATE: Nevermind, found it. It’s done from the form itself by adding the field to it.
