Where do i see the name of an unsubscribed user

    Hi
    I see that one “user” has unsubscrived. Where do i see the name of this user that don’t get anymore a newsletter?

  • Hi Sidney,

    If you go to your Subscribers page, you should click on the Unsubscribed category and see all the subscribers email addresses that were unsubscribed from your lists.

    You’ll be able to see their names if you’ve collected this information when importing or having the user subscribed to your newsletters via a subscription form.
