Where do I post short code/PHP

Hi, I downloaded this plug-in. I created the images I want to rotate horizontally. But I do not where or how to paste either the short code or PHP. I’m using WP 2011. How you point me in the right direction? (I knew code a long time ago, and really can’t say I’m knowledgeable)
