Where do i insert shortcode

    This is very basic wp usage. Simply google it, you will get tons of results.

    Not that simple when you new to word press. It’s a maze of info out there. I finally got it yesterday by pasting the short code into a text widget. I’m learning.

    Now i’m trying to create a search form for my listings. It’s a boat website. People need to find them by type (they are listed in categories already) By price and by states.

    I can’t seem to get the boat types working on the drop down

    Which is only two of my categories out of many the other ones are straight forward and do not need an advanced search.

    I’m completely lost first about entering options by states.
    That’s how i did it Alabama::Alaska::Arizona::Arkansas::California
    Also the compare . No clue what to put i.

    The price is working.

    Is there anywhere a demo for beginner. Or do i have to take wordpress classes

    No, there are no demo yet.

    In order to use this plugin, user are expected to know custom post types, custom taxonomy and custom meta field, as well as other basic concepts of wordpress. So, as a beginner, you will have to read more and try more.
    The best way to learn is install the wordpress locally in your computer.
