Where do I generate shortcode?

    I am trying Sonaar and very excited. I watched the 13-minute video several times, but it is not showing how to generate shortcode with the version (current) of WordPress I am running. I choose the Gutenberg classic block, as shown. That gets me an Actions/Add media page, but nothing uniquely Sonaar, and not same as in video. Help! Thank you.
