Where do I find the prestashop database please

The PrestaShop database is located on your server. You can find the parameters to access it in the PrestaShop file settings.inc.php (PrestaShop 1.5+) or in the PrestaShop Preferences > Database tab (PrestaShop 1.4).

My connection says failed

DB_SERVER: localhost
DB_NAME: fortuna_db
DB_USER: fortuna_dbu
DB_PASSWD: Contact101
DB_PREFIX: ps_
Port: 3306
