Where do I find the configuration validator

I saw that in the latest release of Contact Form 7 they released the configuration validator, but I can’t find anything in the settings that refers to this. How do I access this tool?

My form is sending successfully, but for some reason I am not receiving the email in the email I set up, will this tool help me figure out what the problem is?
