Where do I find the attachment files?

  • I have a form with an attachments field, and I see in the admin emails that users have uploaded files.
    Where in WordPress admin, or on my server, do I find these files?

    Also, when I try to download my form submissions, I get an error:
    access restricted.

    Please help.
