    Andrew,

    As of 1.4 I reworked the way the styling works. I recommend you copy either the recurring-timer.css or recurring-timer.css-example files from this plugin to your theme.

    Example:

    wp-content/plugins/recurring-timer-widget/recurring-timer.css -> wp-content/themes/twentyfourteen/recurring-timer.css

    OR

    wp-content/plugins/recurring-timer-widget/recurring-timer.css-example -> wp-content/themes/twentyfourteen/recurring-timer.css

    DO NOT customize the recurring-timer.css file in the plugin, it will be overwritten when you upgrade. I put a big huge warning in there to be clear.

    I can’t seem to find the recurring-timer.css-example

    The plugin only shows these four files.

    Plugin Files
    recurring-timer-widget/recurring-timer.php
    recurring-timer-widget/readme.txt
    recurring-timer-widget/recurring-timer.css
    recurring-timer-widget/recurring-timer.js

    Where do I find the css example?

    Andrew,

    I mis-typed on the description page, it you should look for “recurring-timer.css” and “recurring-timer.css-example” NOT “recurring-style.css”

    Unfortunately that text won’t get updated until the next release. Hopefully this helps!

    I still can’t seem to find “recurring-timer.css-example”. Do you know where it would be located if it is not in your plugin files?

    The plugin only shows these four files.

    Plugin Files
    recurring-timer-widget/recurring-timer.php
    recurring-timer-widget/readme.txt
    recurring-timer-widget/recurring-timer.css
    recurring-timer-widget/recurring-timer.js

    Thanks!

    Maybe download the plugin version 1.5 and grab it straight from the zip file, it looks like you’re missing a few files.

    Andrew,

    I’m going to mark this as resolved. If you’re still having problems feel free to re-open it.
