Where do I extract the "Enchanced Admin Bar" too?

  • Where do I extract plugins like Enhanced Admin Bar? I am not sure what to do once I download it? I have developed sited before, but Worldpress is so new to me. I just don’t know what I am doing, but trying to learn.

    Ok, I am getting no responses to what I thought would be an easy answer for you users. I am sorry to be such a newbie. Did I post in the wrong area? Can anyone help me? I have always used a software program to develop my sites, and I was quite used to it. Now I just want to know what to do. I have been down for days now, since I deleted my site, and have been trying to develop with Worldpress. I just want to get up and running with just a few pages and a good shopping cart. I downloaded the “Enhanced Admin Bar” but not sure where to extract it too. Any suggestions for me?

    Thanks, for no one helping a newbie. I did find out how to do it after many searches. I won’t be coming back here I guess. No one wants to help someone who is new.
