Where do I enter a "Custom Excerpt"?

I need a 0 (Zero) length excerpt i.e. only want the “Read More Link”. Problem is when I enter 0, the plugin automatically defaults to 500 as the excerpt length. It should respect 0 length excerpt and default only if length is negative (like -1).
So as a workaround I thought I’d enter a custom generic excerpt like – “Click here to view: ” followed by the Custom Read More Link. But There’s no place to enter a custom generic excerpt.
So Where do I enter a “Custom Excerpt”? Can this option be Added?
