Where do I change this?

    Hello, I am making a login page and this page can only use the default design. I am trying to figure out how I can change the part that has a cityscape photo with black overlay on the page. I did not add this photo so it must be something that came with the default theme, which is the Rife theme. Does anyone know where to change this? I went to customize page but couldn’t find it. Thanks for your help!
