Where do I add ppp_nonce_life filter?

    Where do I add the ppp_nonce_life filter in order to change the lifespan of a review link? I’m not a programmer so I need a pretty specific answer. I assume it’s somewhere in public-post-preview/public-post-preview.php, but where?
