Where did Permanently Ban Users Go???

I have been using iThemes Security for quite some time. Where did the ability to permanently block an IP go??? I have an IP that is attacking my site and I can’t find where the permanently block IP went since the upgrade on iThemes. I used to log in to see block IP’s and I could unblock them, permanently block them or leave them alone. I can’t find where to do any of that any more.
