Where did MySites page favicon go?

When I go to administer my different sites (mine and clients) most all of the icons (favicon are suddenly missing the last few days. I managed to get a few back by uninstalling and reinstalling Jetpack but it has not worked on the last few I tried. Why have they suddenly disappeared from MySites Page? I know I can probably manually add them one by one but they use to just automatically appear when I link a page.
