Where can you get WP-Dash?

After searching everywhere I could think of, I haven’t managed to get my hands on WP-Dash. It seems the developer’s site had a massive crash and all links in plugins and widgets lists leading to WP-Dash end up in a dead end.

Is there someone who has the zip file that could either email it to me or add it to the plugins or widgets page?
